What was an ICO and do they still exist?

s much as we don't want to go over the mess that was ICO's, we do feel like we need to kind of do a bit of a sign off on the topic as we were more than caught up in the hype of 2017 & 2018 and it was really interesting at the end of the day. This is going to be a short sharp review of the ICO craze and a little look into if it is still there, pottering away in the background like gramps in his shed.
